Mô tả chi tiết công việc:

- Assist the Brand Marketing Manager in the planning and implementation of projects; prepare materials for presentations and meetings. Including efficient follow-ups on work in progress. 
-  Coordinate with Trade MKT team (4D), study and follow well guidelines from Corporate as well as updated available product/ information on market for bench-match to develop a logically and excellent rool out/ launch plan and lead on FMCG products.
- Develop, conduct and produce report of the market research on beverage and relevant products to understand consumer insight, market trends and competitive brand and products. 
- Follow up and manage well project with Studio, production, Purchasing & Logistic for art work, mock up, sample and final product, including legal approval. 
- Do sourcing and costing all materials for new product launching with a minimize cost and maximize margin which work well in each channel/ key account distribute product.
- Contact, update with Agencies and report on market competitive in terms of new product launching, packaging, pricing as well as consumer purchase behavior (Advertising items: TVC, Newspaper, Magazine)

- Understanding the consumer, the trade, the competitive dynamic of business and the ability to exploit opportunities to grow revenue. 
- The ability to access market information, clients’ briefs, strategic input from other departments and use effectively as input for the development of effective communication recommendations / programs. 
- Beverage experiences is an advantage.
